Even 10 gallon (wall) plastic paint buckets can be safely transported by mail using this honeycomb cardboard buffer. Due to the shape of the buffer and the accompanying topsheet, the paint bucket will remain well centered in the box. In the event of a fall, the cardboard sections will largely absorb the forces and protect the bucket. We recommend pre-sealing the edge of the lid all around with paper tape, so that no drop of paint can escape through the edge in the event of a fall.
